Day-Of Coordinating

  • Day-of coordinating packages include:

    • An in-person venue walk through meeting prior to the event

    • Virtual meeting the week of the wedding to go over final details and timeline

    • Arrival at the venue ahead of first vendors on the day of the wedding.

    • Point person for all vendor contact and questions throughout the day.

    • Oversee all setup to execute your vision and problem solve if issues arise.

    • Assist DJ or band with managing timeline throughout the reception.

    • Assist with cleanup and load out at the end of the night.

  • All packages are individually customized and priced to fit the needs of the couple.

    Average range $1,500-$3,000+

Full Service Coordinating

  • The Full-Service Coordinating Package includes all the services in the day-of package and:

    • 1-2 additional meetings as needed up to three months in advance of the wedding.

    • The final meeting will be held in person.

    • Coordinating between vendors to make sure everyone has what they need to do their job and enough time to do it.

    • Assistance with any last minute re-planning due to change in headcount, venue, date, or circumstances.

  • All packages are individually customized and priced to fit the needs of the couple.

    Average range $2,500 - $4,200+

Planning Assistance

  • Planning Assistance is for couples who can handle the majority of planning on their own, but need a bit of unbiased help along the way. All packages are custom built for your needs and may include things such as:

    • Budgeting

    • Venue Scouting

    • Mood Boarding

    • Vendor Sourcing

    • Invites

    • Seating Chart

    • Guest Favors

    • Hotel Blocks and Transportation
